Introducing to UDDI Services

Microsoft UDDI Services 安装步骤：

（Windows Server 2008 , IIS7, SQL2008 , VS2008+SP1,UDDI Services in BizTalk2009）

ideally steps are:
1. Install UDDI
2. In UDDI MMC do the following:
    a. Configure the publisher's group. (You don't just want to add all
users to the Admin group)
    b. Set the autheticated access to 'UDDI publisher auth'
3. Add user to the publisher's group
3. iisreset (No changes to IIS)
4. In code
    a. use http://myserver/uddipublic/publish.asmx
    b. Use proper user (e.g: myserver\user1)
