1. 取消启动项。这个设置立竿见影。Window->Preferences->General->Startup and Shutdown, Plug-ins activated on startup里面的全部取消。
2. 取消语法验证。 Window->Preferences->MyEclipse->Validation, 选中Suspend all validators, 都不需要验证，想验证去手动验证。
3. 如果你觉得一开程序就build很烦，你还可以Project->Build automatically 取消自动编译，（新手慎用）
4. 去掉索引更新。Window->Preferences->MyEclipse->Maven4MyEclipse 点掉Download repository index
