windows update 不能检查及安装更新
解决方法：
1. Disable Windows Update service
2. Reboot server
3. Rename folder SoftwareDistribution (%systemroot%)
4. Change start type for service Windows Update to manual
5. run kb 947821 update
检查c:\windows\logs\CBS\CheckSUR.log文件，重复第5步，直到没有错误。
