Xcode10.0: NO BUNDLE URL PRESENT

1.删除build, 重新运行, 没有work

> cd YOUR_PROJECT
> rm -r build   删除build文件夹
> react-native run-ios  再次运行

2.删除node_modules, npm i, 重新运行, 没有work

当模拟器正在启动，不要关闭你的bundler，重新

> npm install
> react-native run-ios

3.删除端口占用

lsof -i tcp:port
kill pid

mac端口占用

4.代理设置， 可能work了

之前设置用了xx-net，设置了代理。
禁用proxy，可能work了，因为我昨天晚上太迟去睡觉了，第二天运行，成功了。
