外购入库单审核可以，删除失败，提示采购单据严格按照数量控制，收料通知单关联数量不能大或负数

收料通知单 11320 11315 11316 11319 产品数量为7274，实际上没更新前FAuxConCommitQty，FConCommitQty为12074 关联数量大于fauxQty7274
所以删除失败，更新FAuxConCommitQty，FConCommitQty=7274后可以删除
