[Xilinx]Xilinx ISE14.2与Modelsim10.1c建立仿真库的方法

1.Modelsim安装目录下,modelsim.ini的只读属性去掉

2.ISE14.2安装目录-->bin-->nt-->compxlibgui.exe 运行
