在菜单栏选择Tools->Customize，出现如下图片，左边是Command Categtory, 右边是具体的command,也就是我们要加快捷键的
选 左下角的Keyboard Button,出现如下windows,
在Show commands containing下输入刚刚选择的Command,格式Command Category.Command,如Test.TestManager.RunCheckedTests,
在Press shortcut keys中点击你要设置的快捷键，如点Crtl + R 键文本框会显示Crtl + R
点击Assign Button ,这样你就为你的常用command设置了快捷键..
