1. He told us to be confident because of the following facts:
a) We all did very well in the past so we have proven our ability in certain area;
b) Even if we want to change ourselves in some aspects, it cannot take place immediately. So we have to accept ourselves and love ourselves today.
2. Have passion. Because we have more chances to choose what we like to do. Once we decide what we want, we should do it with great effort. Be passionate and have smile on our faces. Then we can influence people around us, make them to like us and willing to woke with us. Thus we can do our work better.
3. Attitude is important. What we have learned is not the most important thing to the company and to us. We should always be hungry to learn new things, do our best to accomplish what we need to do or want to do, work together with other guys efficiently.
If we agree on what Sunil said is not important to him, what he does care is our commitment and our taking action now.

5. less than 5 years lost or fail is not as important as we thought.
6. speak aloud and always keep a big smile on our face.
7. help each others, and let other people help you.
8. family and health are more important than job or career.

we really should think about what we want for life. Only by doing the things we love can we do it best - with the great passion and good attitude.
