fixed 失效

1. 父元素设置 transform 属性后， 会导致 position： fixed 失效。

 

2. 设置以下属性也会影响 fixed 属性。

-webkit-perspective: 1000;

-moz-perspective: 1000;

-ms-perspective: 1000;

perspective: 1000;
