I tried the installation last weekend. Whole process is smooth and no issues. Here’s the log:
This is what I have. Version is 16.4.3528.331 and Language is English (US).
This is my Windows 10 Home. Region is US.
Installation starts. But Windows Essentials 2012 English needs MS .NET Framework 3.
Stop the installation. Download MS .NET Framework 3.5 and install it first.
Restart the installation.
Installation succeed!
