在此做一下记录，省得以后再老是去搜索了
我的debian版本v：8.1.0
我是在Hyper-V中装的，启动后一直ping不通网址，后来才知道Debian不能直接ping域名，只能ping IP。。。
无法自动获取IP，这里只能手动指定了，具体方法：
以root用户登陆，在控制台输入：nano /etc/network/interfaces
# The loopback network interface
auto lo
iface lo inet loopback
# The primary network interface
allow-hotplug eth0
auto eth0
iface eth0 inet static
address 192.168.1.199
netmask 255.255.255.0
gateway 192.168.1.1
#路由器的IP
Ctrl+X，输入y保存，然后输入：/etc/init.d/networking restart 重启网络配置
修改系统语言，安装时选择中文，但是在Shell下会有乱码的情况，所以还是改为默认的英文
输入：dpkg-reconfigure locales
在en-us utf-8按空格选中，选中后前面会有个*，把中文的*给去掉，然后保存
