1,right click the mvc website ,then choose properties->Asp.net->Asp.net version change that value to 4.0
2,confirm that asp.net v4.0.0319 service is allowed.
3,if the server has not installed the mvc framework ,remember to copy the system.web.mvc to the bin filefolder.
