MySQL MHA + Ifconfig管理vip

前期的安装步骤，还是参照：http://www.cnblogs.com/yiyuf/p/4104354.html进行，只需要把appxxx.cnf中定义的相关.sh脚本（如：master_ip_failover.sh,master_ip_onlie_change.sh)

　　进过测试的master_ip_failover.sh脚本如下，为了区别，该脚本命名为master_ip_failover_ifconfig.sh,其内容如下：
