关于Arcgis Server REST服务无法使用: Cannot acces http://localhost/arcgis/rest/services

Set the ArcGISWebServices account password on the local machine to "Does not expire".

 

Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Computer Management > System Tools > Local Users and Groups > Users > ArcGISWebServices > General (Tab) 

 

Check the box for "Password never expires".
