本地调试https/wss程序，使用了openssl自签名的证书，解决方法：添加到信任证书
根据以下图片流程操作
然后 打开selfsigned.cer
清空该网站缓存

按照以上方法，后来本地浏览器 Chrome 76又报错 Subject Alternative Name missing
按照网上的方法改 chrome://flags/#allow-insecure-localhost ，仍旧不能解决问题。
