Installing Domain Controller Roles,During installing Active Directory Certificate Services, make sure the following opinions on each tab is correctly
selected:
Then after above steps, restart machine and visit http://localhost/certsrv/ to test if it displays the following page. If yes, it turns out that the Active Directory Certificate Services have been installed successfully.
