Arguments:
[ dictionary | level=INFO ]
Logs the size and contents of the `dictionary` using given `level`.
Valid levels are TRACE, DEBUG, INFO (default), and WARN.
If you only want to log the size, use keyword `Get Length` from the BuiltIn library.
