有时候在用Enterprise Manager DB Console的时候（Windows平台下）会遇到如下问题，
RemoteOperationException: ERROR: Wrong password for user
如下所示，

解决这个问题的方法如下，
Control Panel-->Administrative Tools-->Local Security Policy-->Local Policies-->User Rights Assignment
这时候会看到Log on as a batch job, 然后右键选择 Properties –> Add user or groups , 输入你的 OS User Name即可！
