I am sorry to say that,because i can't get my web host successfully to manager my web.In my country,the web host's speed is so bad that i can't upadate my web in time.on the other hand,all of my competitor were successfull at other webhost.So i want to cancle this payment.And if your webhost's speed is ok in for my country,i'll buy a new.
