Failed to install MSXML6 when installing SQL Server 2005

When it is failed to install MSXML6, then try to do following:
1. Get "Windows Installer Cleanup Utility" from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301.
2. Install the tool.
3. Run it and remove existing "MSXML6".
4. Then reinstall SQL Server 2005.
