这个问题的解决办法是关闭自动更新
1. Windows > Preferences > MyEclipse> Community Essentials,
把选项 "Search for new features on startup"的前勾去掉即可.
2. 另外关闭的Eclipse的自动更新：
Windows > Preferences > Install/Update>automatic update，去掉automatically find new update and notify me的勾。
