resolution:
从客户机打开localgroup policy, 从命令行运行 gpedit.msc, 然后选择 “Computer Configuration”->”Administrative Templetes”->”System”->”Credentials Delegation”.
在右边窗口列表会显示 “Encryption Oracle Remediation”, 双击打开设置窗口，选择enabled, 并且在Protection Level选项选中 “Vulnerable”, 然后点”apply”按钮，然后点ok，关掉窗口。正常应该就可以了。
