1. Start->Run
2. input mmc
3. File->Add/Remove snap-in
4. Add -> Computer management, Click Add
5. Choose "Another computer", input computer name or ip, Click Finish
6. Close "Add standalone Snap-In"
7. Click OK in the Add/Remove Snap-In window.
8. you can also save the current console configuration by click File->Save
