php上传程序到服务器后出错smarty1259

问题出来了,原来是目录权限问题,曾经考虑了这个问题的,一直在修改templates_c文件夹的熟悉,iis6里面老只有只读.修改了又还原了,解决办法是给用户写入的权限，或者修改shop目录,添加到web共享里面设置可写权限就ok了!
