问题描述：
我在自定义表单CNewForm.aspx中添加了webpart，但是在新建Item的时候，点击“Attach File”，系统提示
This form was customized not working with attachement.
我使用IE Developer调试发现Form.js中的UploadAttachment方法中发现线索：部分元素没有定义。
后来根据微软官方的文章http://support.microsoft.com/kb/953271/en-us，进行修改后，保存附件和Fields的值都正常。
但是执行SaveButton.SaveItem方法出错：SPException: The list item was saved, but one or more attachments could not be saved.<br>Could not upload file。
处理办法：
删除此行代码：<SharePoint:FormComponent ID="FormComponent1" TemplateName="AttachmentRows" runat="server"/>
