How to sovle the VSS error -- Error reading from file

After I added some files to VSS yestoday, all the VSS users who got the lastest version got trouble: Error reading from file.And then I tried to delete the files which I added last time.I fount it was also the error.Unfortunately, some other files and folders had the same error.
I searched the MSDN and found the help was simple "Network may disconnect ".Obviously it was not the answer.And then I found VSS has the "VSS\win32\" directory and "analyze.exe". Run it with argument "-f  your vss file" after delete your data\backup directory in VSS. And you will find the error cause the "error reading from file" and the tool will correct the error automatically.(ps. My error is the directory and files name too long)
