最近需要对移动，联通，电信进行区分，对区分方法做了下整理。
1：按号段进行区分
联通：130,131,132,155,156
电信：133,153,189
移动：134,135,136,137,138,139,150,151,152,157,158,159,188
2：按IMSI进行区分：
