【剑指Offer】47求1+2+3+...+n

题目描述

求1+2+3+...+n，要求不能使用乘除法、for、while、if、else、switch、case等关键字及条件判断语句（A?B:C）。

时间限制：1秒；空间限制：32768K

解题思路

利用逻辑运算的短路特性，作为递归的终止条件。

要注意python中逻辑运算符的用法：a and b，a为False返回a，a为True就返回b.
