K,我又没装过VisualBasic，郁闷。从网上发现了找了下发现有人也遇到过类似情况，内容上一看像是安装补丁出的错，直接卸载先（主要是英文不好呵呵）
解决办法如下：
直接卸载编号为kb971092的补丁（不记得什么时候装的了）
虽觉得这样做可能不妥当，但不管怎么说，我的问题解决了。再出错再说了
