   1. On what platform, what language, what type of machines, what type of browser, etc. to test your software?
   2. Platform: iPad with iOS 3, iPad with iOS 4.
   3. We do not need to consider the varying languages nor browsers (Apple's strict policy is nice).
5. What is "exit criteria" (good enough) for your software for Alpha release?
   1. A user should use our PDF viewer to read a PDF smoothly
      1. Specifically, he/she should be able to zoom in, zoom out, move around, find the menu and switch pages without any difficulty.
