解决 Github:failed to add file / to index 问题

在通过Github for Mac客户端提交commit的时候，出现一下问题：

Github:failed to add file / to index

原因是添加的这个子目录原来是我clone下来的一个repo，里面有.git等遗留文件。

解决方法：打开终端，cd到对应目录下面，然后删除掉.*文件即可。
