[PyCharm] 设置自动启动时自动打开项目

设置启动PyCharm时自动打开（或不打开）上次进行的项目：

选择 “Settings - General - Reopen last project on startup”，勾选该选项则启动时自动打开项目，取消勾选就不自动打开。
