关于Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {000209FF-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} failed due to the following error: 80070005的解决办法

1. 运行 mmc -32

2. 如果没有Component Service节点请手动添加Component Service snap-in

 

Windows 32Bit/64Bit

3. 依次打开 Component Service -> Computers -> My Computer -> DCOM config

4. 在打开的列表中找到Microsoft Word Document(或者Microsoft Word 97 - 2003 Document), 右键点击，在弹出的菜单中点击“Properties”

5. 选择Security标签, 设置 Launch and Activation Permissions, 选择Customize, 点击"Edit"按钮, 在打开的窗口中赋予相应在用户的权限
