Quartus II 8.0所提供的USB Blater Driver無法在Vista x64安裝，本文提出解決方法。
Introduction
不知道什麼原因，Quartus II 8.0所提供的USB Blater x64 driver，在Vista x64無法被識別，因而無法安裝，所幸Quartus II 7.2所提供的USB Blater x64 driver，可以順利地安裝在Vista x64，並且可被Quartus II 8.0使用。
