IIS Express 配置缓存位置

Please refer to the three configure files to check if they contains the rule setting.

• "%ProgramFiles%\IIS Express\config\templates\PersonalWebServer\ApplicationHost.config
• "%UserProfile%\Documents\IISExpress\config
• C:\Users<currentUser>\AppData\Local\Temp\iisexpress\IIS Temporary Compressed Files
