/Applications/IntelliJ IDEA CE.app/Contents/bin/idea.vmoptions 增加
-Duser.language=en
-Duser.region=US
打开IDEA的安装目录下的idea.exe.vmproperties，在文件中添加下面两行：
-Duser.language=en
-Duser.region=US
