1. 修改目录所有者
右键菜单->Properties->Security->Advanced->Owner->Edit->Other users or groups...
输入用户名并确定，勾选Replace owner on subcontainers and objects，一路确定。
2. 添加权限
右键菜单->Properties->Security->Advanced->Permissions->Edit->Add
输入用户名并确定，勾选Replace all existing inheritable permissions on all descendants with inheritable permissions from this object，一路确定。
