若RS700A-E9-RS4V2、RS700A-E9-RS12V2或RS720A-E9-RS24V2安裝AMD EPYC 7742 64C或AMD EPYC 7702 64C或AMD EPYC 7662 64C，Microsoft Windows Server會無法順利開機且會停留在Microsoft Logo畫面。
Windows Server 2019
步驟一：
使用者需重新開機進入到BIOS設定畫面並關閉SMT功能。
AMD CBS-> CPU Common Options-> Performance-> CCD/Core/Thread Enablement ->Accept-> SMT control->Disabled
步驟二:
進入到Microsoft Windows Server 2019後，請先安裝Microsoft Hotfix KB4512534 for AMD EPYC X2APIC Patch。
步驟三:
Microsoft Hotfix KB4512534更新後，請重新開機進到BIOS設定畫面並開啟SMT功能，SMT功能將能正常運作。
AMD CBS-> CPU Common Options-> Performance-> CCD/Core/Thread Enablement ->Accept-> SMT control-> Auto
Windows Server 2016
Windows Server 2016支援AMD EPYC 7xx2系列CPU，但此作業系統限制為不超過255個邏輯處理器。
Windows Server 2016不支援X2APIC模式，使用者於BIOS需關閉此模式。
AMD CBS-> CPU Common Options-> Performance-> CCD/Core/Thread Enablement ->Accept-> SMT control->Disabled
