一般首选清华镜像

pip install tensorflow==1.8 -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple

 

豆瓣镜像

pip install --index-url https://pypi.douban.com/simple tensorflow

 

阿里云镜像

pip install --index-url http://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple/ tensorflow

-i 即 --index-url

 

比较大的包可以选择国内镜像，速度比正常快很多
