The people I am looking for should be
- Experienced software developers in PHP or Python (experts of other languages such as Java or .NET that willing to learn work fine too),
- Have good biz acumen and communication skills( in both Mandarin and English)
- Willing to work aggressively as in a startup company.
- Knowing Cloud such as VMware, OpenStack or other platforms is a big plus
