解决方法：
新建环境变量，然后重启 vs code 就可以了
QT_QPA_PLATFORM_PLUGIN_PATH C:\Users\Administrator\Desktop\新建文件夹 (2)\venv\Lib\site-packages\PyQt5\Qt\plugins
