建议：
- 1.安装flashblck插件
- 2.添加配置文件
- 在C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash添加mmc.cfg。
- mmc.cfg的内容：
SlientAutoUpdateEnable=0
AutoUpdateDisable=0
ProtectedMode=0如果是32位，路径是C:\Windows\SysWOW\Macromed\Flash
