西门子OPC安装过程中反复重启

1、删除HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager下面的PendingFileRenameOperations

2、检查系统兼容性，以及是否安装不兼容的防火墙杀毒软件。
