解决tomcat报错：Failed to scan JAR [file:/G:/workspace/.metadata/.plugins/org.eclipse.wst.server.core/tmp1/wtpwebapps/icamaAuth01/WEB-INF/lib/SmartPlatform-4.0.0-njs-bmpn-SNAPSHOT.jar] from WEB-INF/lib

找到本地maven仓库对应文件夹，删除整个jar包，再maven-update project，勾上Force Update of Snapshots/Releases，解决。
