1，下载主题和图标
https://www.pling.com/s/Gnome/p/1309810/主题
https://www.pling.com/s/Gnome/browse/cat/132/ord/rating/ 图标
2，安装 themes和icons
mkdir .themes .icons
3，把下载好的主题和图片解压和移动到 themes和icons
sudo mv 要移动的主题 /usr/share/themes
sudo mv 要移动的图标 /usr/share/icons
4.如果shell感叹号的话
执行下面代码
sudo apt-get install gnome-shell-extensions
