Access computer files on iPad without using iTunes.
1. the first step is build a local ftp network on your PC terminal.

tab windows with mouse right click.
select computer management:
then select IIS. and add new FTP connection:
give a FTP site name and select path that your another devices can access
then select the ip address . usually is your PC’s physical address(IPv4).
this address is available on your cmd command prompt with command ipconig:
then select port , default is 21. and select NO SSL:
then select basic.
and select all users , and don’t forget to select read or write (this is permission for accessor).
and congratulations , you almost done it. click finish.
you can see FTP connectino is runnig .
2. step 2 is to build user account and password.
you not select anonomus just your fiew below steps , so you should have to build a user for access the FTP network.
select local users and group:
and select users , and add new user. and you should select user cannot change password then click create.
then go back to the FTP net connection.
select basic settings , and click connect as button, then select specific user and fill the account and password using the user you create just a moment ago.
and all click OK to close settings.
3. test the FTP network.
open your web browser and fill adress .
fill user name and password.
and you can see the results.
4. access files on iPad.
download File Hub or other FTP tools on App Store for iPad.
then select cloud file and click + button
fill all information on it and save it
congratulations! you complete the steps. enjoy your networking trip.
