winserver2008中powershell.exe程序占用cpu，cup使用率100%问题解决办法：

• 找到powershell.exe位置C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe
• 修改各个用户的可执行权限（去掉所有用户的可执行权限）右键属性--安全
• 然后去任务管理器中关掉所有powershell.exe进程，这样就不会再有了。
