IDEA中Plugins不能加载的解决方法

打开IDEA，打开Preferences >>选择Appearance& Behavior >>展开System Settings >>点击 Updates >> 勾选掉 Use secure connection
重启IDEA，进入Plugins，搜索要安装的插件。
