Block by McAfee VSE on access protection（被VSE防止蠕虫规则阻挡发送email）

For example abc.exe was blocked by port_protection rule (an on mailing worms protection rule).

Set all processes unblock：

right click rules>attributes>choose protection type>uncheck block section to exclude

Set whitelist :

policy catalog>VSE>select assignment rules policy>setting for workstation/server>choose protection rules>added process
