启动Dsedit报错：“Fail to initialize LIBTCL.DLL Please ……."

启动Dsedit报错：“Fail to initialize LIBTCL.DLL Please make sure the SYBASE environment variable is set correctly."

解决办法：开始——Sybase——Ocscfg Utility——按下图操作：

设置完，点确定，重新再运行“dsedit”即可。

设置完成以后，发现商友亦可以正常访问了。
